These Terms of Use govern your use of Gig Driver Tracker. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
App Purpose
Gig Driver Tracker helps users track vehicle-related income, expenses, mileage, fuel, maintenance, receipts, reminders, and reports. The app is intended for personal recordkeeping and business organization.
Gig Driver Tracker does not provide tax, legal, accounting, insurance, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing your records and consulting a qualified professional when needed.
Subscriptions and Premium Features
Gig Driver Tracker may offer free and premium features.
Free users may have access to ad-supported features and limited vehicle support. Premium users may receive benefits such as removing ads and adding multiple vehicles.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and managed through your Apple ID. Subscription pricing, billing period, trials, renewals, and cancellations are shown before purchase.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions may automatically renew. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Grandfathered Premium Users
Some users may receive grandfathered premium access based on prior purchase or subscription status. Grandfathered access may provide premium benefits without requiring a new subscription, subject to app functionality and platform availability.
Advertising
Free users may see ads in the app. Premium users may be able to remove ads by purchasing or restoring premium access.
User Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including income, expenses, mileage, receipts, vehicle details, and reports.
The app may store data locally on your device and may sync data through iCloud if enabled. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups as needed.
Receipts and Scanning
Receipt scanning and text recognition are provided for convenience. Extracted amounts, dates, or other details may be inaccurate. You should review and confirm all scanned information before relying on it.
Reports and Tax Records
Reports generated by the app are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that reports satisfy tax, legal, employer, insurance, or accounting requirements.
You are responsible for confirming that your records are complete, accurate, and suitable for your intended use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app
- Upload or store content you do not have the right to use
- Misuse subscription, restore, or premium access systems
- Use the app in a way that disrupts service availability or security
No Warranty
Gig Driver Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, inaccurate records, missed deductions, or business losses related to your use of the app.
Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services, including Apple services, iCloud, RevenueCat, and advertising providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app, features, pricing, subscriptions, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
Apple Standard Terms
If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms, including Apple’s standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
