Gig Driver Tracker may store information you enter into the app, including:

• Vehicle details, such as make, model, year, nickname, VIN, and vehicle photos
• Income records
• Expense records
• Fuel and maintenance records
• Trip logs and mileage records
• Receipt images you choose to attach or scan
• Custom platforms and expense categories
• Maintenance reminders and odometer history

This information is used to help you track vehicle-related income, expenses, mileage, maintenance, and reports.

Photos, Camera, and Receipts

If you choose to add vehicle photos or receipt images, the app may request access to your camera or photo library. These permissions are used only so you can take photos, select photos, scan receipts, or attach receipt images to records.

Receipt scanning may use on-device text recognition to help extract receipt details such as amounts and dates.

Subscription and Purchase Information

Gig Driver Tracker uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and premium access. RevenueCat may process purchase status, entitlement status, and app store transaction information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, your app data may be stored in your personal iCloud account so it can sync across your devices. iCloud data is managed by Apple under your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Advertising

Gig Driver Tracker may show ads to free users. Premium users may remove ads. If ads are added through an advertising provider, that provider may collect information needed to serve, measure, and improve ads according to its own privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use app data to:

• Provide income, expense, mileage, vehicle, and maintenance tracking
• Generate summaries, charts, and reports
• Attach and display receipts or vehicle images
• Support premium features
• Improve app reliability and user experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal app data.

Data may be shared only when necessary to provide app functionality, such as subscription management through RevenueCat, iCloud sync through Apple, or ad delivery if ads are enabled.

Data Storage and Security

Your records are stored on your device and may sync through iCloud if enabled. We use platform-provided security features where available, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

You can:

• Add, edit, or delete records inside the app
• Remove receipt images or vehicle photos
• Manage camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings
• Manage iCloud sync in your Apple device settings
• Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

Children’s Privacy

Gig Driver Tracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
